Access Management Section

The Access Management section allows you to manage employee accounts, permission groups, and shift tracking. It is divided into three subsections:

  • Employees
  • Employee Groups
  • Employee Shifts

1. Employees

Manage your store employees' access to the platform.

Employees Page Features

  • Table Columns:
    • Employee Name
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number
    • Role
    • Lock Status (Locked/Unlocked)
    • Active Status
    • Action (Edit/Delete)
Access Management Employees Table Columns
  • Employee Management:

    • Search by Employee
    • Clicking an Employee Name opens a Side Panel showing all employee details
    • Lock/Unlock employees to restrict or grant platform access
  • Adding an Employee:

    • Click Add Employee (top right)
Add Employee Button
  • Input Name, Email, Phone Number, Associated Shops
  • Choose if the employee is Administrative or Access-Controlled
  • Upload Employee Photo and ID documents (optional)

2. Employee Groups

Create and manage permission-based groups for employees.

  • Table Columns:
    • Group Name
    • Associated Employees
    • Shop Reference
    • Action (Edit/Delete)
Access Management Employee Group Table Columns
  • Create a New Employee Group:
    • Click Add Employee Group (top right)

  • Input Group Name

  • Assign to applicable stores

  • Two Tabs for Group Setup:

    • Employees: Select Employees to add to the group

  • Permissions: Assign access rights by module:
    • Options like Manage Products, Manage Packages, Manage Inventory, etc.
    • Choose View Only or Full Manage rights per permission

3. Employee Shifts

Track employee work hours and manage shift approvals.

  • Table Columns:
    • Name (Employee)
    • Store
    • Clock In
    • Clock Out
    • Hours Worked
    • Actions
Employee Shift Table Columns
  • Filters:
    • Filter by Employee, Shop, Approval Status, Start Date, End Date
Employee Shift Filters
  • Shift Management Actions:
    • Start Shift / End Shift (Top Right Button)
    • Check Total Hours:
      • Select Employee
      • Choose Date Range
      • See total hours worked
Check Total Hours Dialog Box
  • Add Shift Manually:
    • Click Add Shift
    • Input Store, Employee, Clock In Time, and Note
    • Employee enters PIN to confirm
