Cash Management Section

The Cash Management section gives you full control over vault balances, registers, and drawers within your store. It is divided into three subsections:

• Main Vault
• Registers
• Drawers

1. Main Vault

Monitor and manage your store's total cash balance.

➞ Main Vault Page Features

Filters:

• All Time, Week, Month, Year, Custom Dates

Vault Balance:

• Displays the current total cash available in the store.

Table Columns:

• Transferred By (Employee)
• Transaction ID
• Event Type
• Date and Time
• Amount

Employee Details:

• Clicking an Employee Name shows:
  • Notes
  • Time Zone
  • Cash In Amount
  • Log Time

Cash Management Actions:

• Deposit into Vault
• Withdraw from Vault
• Transfer Cash from a Drawer

Full visibility and control over store cash flow.

2. Registers

Manage your point-of-sale registers.

➞ Registers Page Features

Table Columns:

• Name
• Status (Active/Inactive)
• Action (Edit/Delete)

Manage Registers:

• Enable or Disable Registers.
• Edit Register Details.
• Delete Registers.

Add Register

• Click on the Add Register button at the top right of that page and fill out the Register Name, Associated Employees, Associated Drawers, And choose whether it can be opened during store hours only

3. Drawers

Track and manage all drawer activity by register.

Customize View:

• Filter by Register to view drawers linked to specific POS setups.

Table Columns:

• Drawer Name
• Last Opened By
• Last Closed By
• Status
• Action (Manager View/Edit/Logs/Delete)

Manager View Details:

Buttons at Top Right:

• Deposit Amount
• Withdraw Amount
• Balance End-of-Day Drawer

Drawer Summaries:(Click Manage/View in the actions Column)

• Starting Cash Balance
• Total Cash In
• Total Cash Out
• Virtual Start Amount
• Virtual In/Out

Tabs Available:

• Current Transactions:
  • Action Performed
  • Cash In/Out
  • Virtual In/Out

  • Log Date and Time
  • Filter by Employee

  • Search All, Today, Yesterday, or Custom Date Range
