Catalog Section
The Catalog section allows you to manage your products, classifications, brands, and product variations all in one place. It is divided into four subsections:
- Products
- Classifications
- Brands
- Product Matrix
1. Products
Manage and edit all products available in your store.
➞ Product Page Features
Search Options:
- Search by Product Name
- Search by Brand
- Search by Category
- Reset Filters
Table Columns:
- Product Name
- Category
- Brand
- Price
- Supplier
- Brand
- Tags
- Quantity
- Action (Edit/Delete)
Product Details:
- Clicking a Product Name opens a Side Panel showing:
- Full Product Details
- Storage Locations where the product is available
➞ Adding a Product
- Click Add Product (top right).
- Fill out:
- Product Name
- Category
- Profile
- Brand
- If it's a Cannabis Product, additional fields will appear.
- Upload a Product Image.
- Click Save.
➞ Assigning a Package to a Product
- Click "Assign Package" to view and manage all available packages across your system.
- You can search packages by:
- Location
- METRC Discrepancy
- Source
- Package Status
- Package Name
- Category
- Brand
- Latest Activity
Once you find the package you're looking for, you can:
- Import it to a product to add new stock
- Detach it if it's no longer needed or was incorrectly assigned
After clicking Import, you'll also have the ability to Activate the package so it becomes live and available in your inventory.
Central hub to manage and assign incoming inventory packages quickly and accurately.
2. Classifications
A Classification is a high-level grouping system—such as MJ (Marijuana) and Non-MJ—used to organize product categories.
Each classification includes:
- A list of related categories (e.g., flower, vape for MJ; apparel, accessories for Non-MJ)
- A designated tax profile
All categories and products under a classification will automatically inherit its tax settings and rules, ensuring consistent compliance and streamlined setup across the platform.
Think of it as the foundation that drives tax and product logic for everything beneath it.

Table Columns:
- Name

- Action (Edit/Delete)
View Details:
- Clicking a Classification Name opens a Side Panel showing:
- Classification Details
- Categories
- Associated Image
- Tax Profile Details
Add Classification:
- Fill New Classification From
- Choose if MJ
Add Categories:
- Add new Categories directly within the Classification.
- Add Category Details (if MJ)
Display Category Name
- Classification
- Metrc Category Type
- Metrc Purchase Type
- Description
- Color Code
- Image Upload (not a requirement)
➞ Tax Profiles Logic
Example:
- Cannabis Products: Special tax profile.
- Non-Cannabis Products: Regular tax profile.
Set correct tax behavior at checkout based on Classification.
3. Brands
Organize and manage the brands your store carries.

Search Options:
- Search by Brand Name, Category, Tags
Table Columns:
- Products
- Notes
- Action (Edit/Delete)
View Brand Details:
- Clicking a Brand Name opens a Side Panel with:
- Brand Image
- Brand Description
- Brand Metadata
➞ Adding a Brand
- Click Add Brand (top right).
- Upload Brand Image.
- Enter Brand Name and Description.
- Save to display on the Brand Table.
4. Product Matrix
Create master products with multiple variations (like size, flavor, or color).

Two Tabs:
- Attributes: Where you define properties like Size, Flavor, Color.
- Product Matrices: Where you create Templates by combining multiple Attributes.
➞ Creating a Product Matrix
- Go to Attributes Tab:
- Add desired Attributes (e.g., Size, Flavor etc.).
- Then go to Product Matrices Tab:
- Add Product Matrices.
- Add the Attributes you created and Attach Existing Products to the Product Matrix
➞ Results
On the POS and E-Commerce pages:
- Products will display as one main product with selectable variations.
Provides a cleaner, easier shopping and selling experience by grouping variations under one product.
