Inventory Management Section

The Inventory Management module is divided into seven subsections:

  • Inventory & Pricing

1. Inventory & Pricing

Manage your full inventory across brands, categories, and storage locations.

Inventory Table

Filter Options:

Inventory Table Filters
  • Active / Inactive
  • Package Type
  • Brands
  • Categories
  • Ascending / Descending

Table Columns:

Inventory Table Columns
  • Product Name
  • Inventory Health
  • Category
  • Brand
  • Total Quantity
  • Unit Price

Product Details:

Click on Product Name: Opens a Side Panel showing:

  • Storage location breakdown and printing options

Inventory Details:

Inventory Details Tab
  • Click Edit
Inventory Details Edit Button
  • Choose Unit of Measurement.
  • Set Stock Threshold (low stock alert).
  • Restrict to specific Customer Groups.
  • View Package Details and Storage Locations.

Pricing Details (Tab 2):

Pricing Details Tab
  • Click Edit at the top right corner

  • Base Price, Per Item Price, Pre/Post Tax Price.

  • Create Tiered Pricing manually or Import Tiered Pricing from other products.

2. Adjustments

Track inventory corrections through Reconciliation Sessions.

Two Tabs:

Package Reconciliation Details

Package ReconciliationView adjustments for individual packages.
Inventory Reconciliation SessionManage entire sessions of active/pending inventory counts.

Package Reconciliation

  • Filters: Search by Date Range.

Table Columns:

  • Package ID

  • Product Name

  • Date

  • Employee

  • Adjustment Made

  • Metrc Status

  • Click on Package ID: Opens Reconciliation Details with Manager Approval (if pending).

Inventory Reconciliation Sessions

  • View all sessions (Active, Pending).
  • Admins can view up to 3 live sessions simultaneously.

  • View Live Status

  • Create Session (Top Right Button):

Create Session Storage Location Filter
  • Choose Storage Locations.
Create Session Select Products
  • Filter by Category, Brand, Tag, or Strain.
  • Select Products to count.

  • Assign Count to an Employee (Manual Count, Scan, or Either).
Assign To Pop-up
  • Optional: Blind Count, How to Count: Scan/Manual/Either,Require Manager Approval.
View Events Pop-up
  • View Events: Pop-up alerts if an item sells during a count—click "Update" to reconcile in real-time.

You can perform inventory audits mid-day while live sales are happening!

3. Units of Measurement (UOM)

Create and manage additional Units of Measurement for products.

  • Pre-populated with common units.
  • Add new custom units as needed.

4. Transfers

Manage internal and external inventory movements between storage locations, shops, and suppliers.

  • Upload Documents

Streamlined inventory movement across locations and stores

Supplier-Side Transfers

Manage incoming and outgoing transfers directly with suppliers.

  • Click "Add Transfer"
  • Choose either Incoming or Outgoing Supplier Transfer
  • Select Supplier
  • Add one or more Packages
  • Enter a custom Package ID or let the system generate one
  • Choose from existing products or create a new product via a pop-up
  • Enter quantity and cost per package
  • Add multiple packages as needed — total transfer cost is auto-calculated at the bottom
  • When ready, click Accept and Activate — everything goes live instantly

Great for managing vendor shipments, purchase orders, and external inventory syncs

5. Packages

Manage all live inventory packages, reconcile counts, or create new packages, METRC/BioTrack Related and also non regulated packages.

  • Package Name

ConversionsConvert packages into new ones if needed.

Actions Available:

  • Reconcile: Manual or Scan-based.
  • Click on the Reconcile button and update quantities

  • Convert Product: Create a new package from an existing one.
  • Transfer: Initiate a package transfer.
  • Edit Details.

  • Deactivate Package.

  • Finish (close out) a package.
  • View full product details.

  • Choose Product From Existing Catalog
  • Add New Product from scratch with pricing and full details. You can easily create a brand, category or supplier and activate with pricing so its ready for sale

Add Button

Click the "Add" button to reveal two ways to bring in new inventory:

  1. Create a Regular Package Start from scratch for non-METRC packages. Input all relevant product info:
    • Supplier Name
    • Package Name & ID
    • Cost
    • Brand
    • Quantity
    • Expiration Date
    • Any other required product details
Add Package Create New Category

Perfect for manually managed or non-regulated inventory.

  1. Import from METRC Automatically pull packages directly from your METRC account:
    • The system fetches all available, unassigned packages
    • Simply select the packages you want to bring into your system

Fast, compliant syncing with state-tracked inventory.

Manage everything about product packages directly from one dashboard.

6. Storage Locations

Manage your shop's inventory hubs (e.g., sales floor, backstock, vaults).

  • Storage Location
  • Location Name
  • Open for Accepting Transfers (Yes/No)
  • Open for Physical Store Sales (Yes/No)

Manage Locations:

  • Edit or Delete existing locations.
  • Add New Storage Location:
    • Choose Options:
      • Sellable in Physical Store
      • Sellable in Online Store
      • Open for Transfers
      • Open for Returns
    • Input Location Name.
    • Save.
