METRC Section

The METRC section helps manage cannabis compliance through inventory reconciliation, transfer tracking, and system configurations. It is divided into three subsections:

  • METRC Reconciliations
  • METRC Transfers
  • METRC Configuration

1. METRC Reconciliations

Keep your platform in sync with METRC package data.

Two Tabs:

  • Live Packages
  • Finished Packages
METRC Reconciliation Live Packages and Stale Packages Tabs

Search Options:

  • Search by METRC Tag
  • Filter by METRC Discrepancy

Table Columns:

  • METRC ID
  • METRC Tag
  • Date
  • METRC Item Name
  • METRC Quantity
  • Quantity Left
  • Platform Status
  • METRC Status

Package Management:

  • Click on a METRC ID to view all Package Details.
  • Access actions like Print Exit Labels, Print Package Labels.

Reconciling Packages:

  • Select the box next to METRC IDs to perform reconciliations.
METRC Reconciliation Reconcile All Packages

Additional Actions:

  • Sync Packages
  • View Activities (Monitor live METRC jobs, errors, warnings, and logs.)
METRC Reconciliation View Activities
  • Download CSV of METRC Product Data

Allows you to catch and fix compliance issues before it escalates.

2. METRC Transfers

Track and sync product transfers recorded in METRC.

Table Columns:

  • Transfer ID
  • Transfer Type
  • Supplier
  • Destination
  • METRC Manifest Number
  • Created At (Date/Time)
METRC Transfers Table

Action:

  • Sync Transfers to pull latest data from METRC.

Easily monitor all product movements for full transparency and regulatory compliance.

3. METRC Configuration

Manage your connection to METRC from one place.

Pre-set fields include:

  • API Key
  • METRC Location
  • License Number
  • Status (Enabled)

Update Configuration:

  • If any details change (API, Location, License), simply update the fields and save.

Ensures continuous, compliant syncing with state cannabis tracking systems.
