Online Ordering Help Guide
This section connects directly to both your mobile app and website, allowing you to manage customer-facing content like push notifications and event calendars that keep users engaged.
1. Notifications
Manage all push and in-app notifications sent to customers.
➔ My Notifications
Here you can compose and schedule custom notifications that get pushed to both platforms.
To Create a Notification:
- Click "Compose Notification" (top right).
- Fill in the following:
- Title
- Message/Description
- Upload Image
- (Optional) Enable "Schedule for Later"
- Select Date & Time
- Set as Recurring if needed (choose days and times)
- Notification Type:
- Push Notification – Sent even when app is closed
- In-App Notification – Appears only when app is open
A powerful way to promote deals, events, or important updates directly to your users.

This tab controls automated system notifications for specific customer actions.
These include:
- Order placed
- Order canceled
- Loyalty points received
- New customer sign-up
Each event comes with a default message template.
- Click "Edit" under the Action column to personalize any message.
Automate key communication moments with your own brand voice.
2. Calendar Events
A visual calendar tool for scheduling promotions, campaigns, and events across platforms.
To Add an Event:
- Double-click on any day in the calendar
A popup will guide you through:
- Event Title & Description
- Upload Event Image
- Select which Shops to display under
- Choose Single Day or Multiple Days
- (Optional) Mark as All-Day
- Add Start & End Time
- Click OK to finalize
Your event will now be published to linked social media channels, the mobile app, and the online storefront (depending on your setup).

3. Loyalty Program
Reward your customers with loyalty points during specific times of the day as part of your in-app Membership Program.
➔ How It Works:
After a customer makes a purchase, they can scan a QR code at the counter using the mobile app to earn loyalty points.
➔ Setting It Up:
Generate QR Code:
- Click "QR Code" (top right)
- Click "Generate QR Code"
- Print and display it at the register
- Need a new one? Just generate again
Configure Time-Based Point Rewards:
- The main screen shows days of the week
- Click "Add Time Slot" under any day
- Set a Start Time and End Time
- Enter how many loyalty points to award during that time
- You can add multiple slots per day or set one to cover the whole day
Note:
The amount of points awarded is based on the Points-to-Price ratio set in the Promotions > Loyalty Points section. This ensures consistent value across the entire platform.
A great way to drive repeat visits during slow hours or boost loyalty on specific days!
4. Banners
Manage rotating banner images shown on your mobile app and website homepage.
➔ View & Edit Banners
- See all uploaded banners in one place.
- Click Edit to update or deactivate any banner.
➔ Add a New Banner
- Click "Add Banner"
- Enter a Banner Title
- Upload an image (Recommended size: 500x200px. You can use higher resolutions like 1000x400, 1500x600—just keep the same proportions)
- Set Banner Duration – how many seconds before it rotates
- Choose Promotion Type (link it to one: a brand, category, product, or deal)
- Select which Shops to display it in (one or all)
- Set Status – enable or disable anytime
5. Chat Config
Control eCommerce customer chat availability and automated messages.
➔ Setup Includes:
- Choose whether chat is open 24/7 or configure day-by-day hours
- Select time zone
- Enable/disable automated replies during and outside of chat hours
- Save config once set
6. General Settings
Configure general platform settings across 6 tabs:
Social Links
- Click "Add New"
- Choose a platform (Instagram, website, etc.)
- Paste URL and save
- Add as many links as needed
APK Data
- Upload your Android APK if not listed on Google Play
- Edit the description and other relevant info
API Keys
- View and manage API keys per platform
Google Analytics
- Input your GA ID and Tracking Number to connect analytics
Order Settings – Platform Visibility
- Instantly turn off your menu across the app/website
EULA (End User License Agreement)
- Upload your Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
7. Spotlight
Feature specific products, categories, brands, or deals on the home screen of your app or site.
➔ Spotlight Table
- Displays Title, Status, and Actions (Edit)
➔ Add a Spotlight Section
- Click "Add Section"
- Enter a Title
- Choose a Subject: brand, category, product, or deal
- A dropdown will appear for that subject so you can choose the item to feature
- (Optional) Upload an image
- Select shops to display in
- Set Status (Enable/Disable)
