Transfers

Transfers — Manage package movement across storage locations, shops, and suppliers all from one place.

The Transfers section allows you to organize and track the movement of inventory in three ways:

  • Within Storage Locations
  • Between Shops
  • Supplier-Specific Transfers

This guide will walk you through how to view, create, and complete each type of transfer.


Accessing the Transfers Section

  • From the side panel, click Inventory Management
  • Select Transfers
  • Use filters to sort by:
    • Date (All, Today, Yesterday, Custom)
    • Employee
    • Transfer type (Within Storage, Between Shops, Supplier Specific)
  • Click any Transfer ID to view detailed information in the right-side panel.

1. Transfers Within Storage Locations

These allow you to move packages between storage areas within the same location.

How to Create a Storage Transfer:

  1. Click Add Transfer
  2. Select Within Storage Location
  3. Choose:
    • Source and Destination Storage Locations
    • Optional notes
  4. Use filters to find your packages by:
    • Package Name / ID / Product
    • Category, Brand
    • Package Status or Type
  5. Check the box next to each package you wish to transfer
  6. Click Create Manifest
  7. Enter quantities to transfer
  8. Click Create Transfer

2. Transfers Between Shops

Move inventory between two different shop locations.

How to Create a Shop Transfer:

  1. Click Add Transfer
  2. Select Within Shops
  3. Source location is auto-selected; choose your Destination Location
  4. Add notes or upload documents as needed
  5. Filter and select packages the same way as storage transfers
  6. Click to View Manifest
  7. Set Unit Price for each package
  8. Click Create Transfer to send it off

3. Supplier-Specific Transfers

Track incoming or outgoing shipments between your shop and external suppliers.

How to Create an Incoming Supplier Transfer:

  1. Click Add Transfer
  2. Choose Supplier Specific → Incoming
  3. Select or create a Supplier
  4. For each package:
    • Enter Package ID
    • Select or create a Product
    • Input Quantity + Unit of Measurement
    • Add Unit Cost
  5. Click Add Package to add multiple entries (up to 150)
  6. Add Notes and Documents if needed
  7. Click Create Transfer

Completing a Supplier Transfer:

  1. Go to Transfers → Supplier Specific
  2. Locate the transfer marked Manage and click it
  3. Review all details:
    • Source/Destination
    • Supplier
    • Packages, Products, Net Price, Margin, Profit, etc.
  4. Input Unit Prices to finalize
  5. Click Submit to complete the transfer
  6. The transfer will now appear under Completed

Viewing Transfer Details

  • Click any Transfer ID to open the right-side panel
  • View full package and transfer info:
    • Package numbers, products, dates, origin/destination
  • Click the three dots to:
    • Print exit labels
    • Print package labels
    • Copy package info

Pro Tips

  • Use filters to find past transfers quickly
  • Always double-check your source/destination before submitting
  • For supplier transfers, be sure to enter accurate unit costs and prices to maintain clean financials
  • Completed transfers are always viewable for audit and reporting
